\/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100g claras<\/li>\n<li>150g az\u00facar granulada<\/li>\n<li>400g crema de leche muy fr\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>1cda esencia de vainilla u otra<\/li>\n<li>Compota de frutilla, mermelada, u otros a elecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preparar un merengue italiano calentando claras y az\u00facar a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda hasta que alcance los 60\u00b0C y el az\u00facar se disuelva<\/li>\n<li>Batir a velocidad media\/alta por 8 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Montar la crema a picos suaves<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar sin perder aire, con movimientos envolventes, a\u00f1adiendo saborizantes si se desea<\/li>\n<li>Extender en un recipiente ancho o envasar directamente y tapar<\/li>\n<li>Congelar toda la noche<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img
