\/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>Para una pizza de 20cm de di\u00e1metro, masa gruesa<\/p>\n<h3>Masa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150g harina<\/li>\n<li>90g agua<\/li>\n<li>3g sal<\/li>\n<li>3g levadura<\/li>\n<li>1cdta aceite vegetal, idealmente de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Salsa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1cdta aceite vegetal<\/li>\n<li>30g pasta de tomate<\/li>\n<li>20g agua<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cdta or\u00e9gano y otras hierbas a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Queso<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>80g mozzarella, o mezcla de quesos a gusto (una mezcla usual es 85% mozzarella, 10% Cheddar, 5% parmesano)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Para cubrir<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>70g de <em>toppings<\/em> a gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Or\u00e9gano extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<h3>Masa<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea<\/li>\n<li>Amasar 5 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Leudar una hora, cubierto con film pl\u00e1stico<\/li>\n<li>Estirar <strong>sin amasar<\/strong>, ayud\u00e1ndose con harina y con los dedos<\/li>\n<li>Poner la masa en una lata de horno antiadherente<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Salsa<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Saltear el ajo en el aceite<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la pasta de tomate y cocinar hasta que se oscurezca ligeramente<\/li>\n<li>Agregar agua y hierbas<\/li>\n<li>Reservar<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Queso<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Trozar (estilo italiano), rallar (estilo estadounidense) o laminar (estilo argentino)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Toppings<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preparar seg\u00f9n la naturaleza del topping<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Armado y horneado<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner la salsa sobr ela masa, dejando un borde de aprox. 1,5cm<\/li>\n<li>Poner el queso sobre la salsa, cubriendo en forma lo m\u00e0s homog\u00e8nea posible<\/li>\n<li>Poner los toppings sobre el queso<\/li>\n<li>Poner or\u00e9gano sobre los toppings<\/li>\n<li>Hornear 7 a 10 minutos a 250\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Retirar del horno y dejar reposar 2 minutos antes de cortar y
