Kitchn<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>120g mantequilla pomada<\/li>\n<li>40g az\u00facar impalpable<\/li>\n<li>15g yema (1 yema)<\/li>\n<li>50g pasta de almendra (22g az\u00facar impalpable, 23g harina de almendras, 5g clara de huevo)<\/li>\n<li>200g harina de pasteler\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2cdta ralladura de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1\/4cdta esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cremar az\u00facar, mantequilla y pasta de almendra<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la yema, ralladura de lim\u00f3n y vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Integrar la
