Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n revolviendo para disolver el az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar el resto del az\u00facar con las yemas y batir para homogeneizar<\/li>\n<li>Temperar las yemas con el l\u00edquido caliente.<\/li>\n<li>Volver toda la mezcla a la olla y calentar sin dejar de revolver hasta que hierva.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar del calor y batir el resto de la mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>Verter en un recipiente ancho y filmar a piel<\/li>\n<li>Enfriar en un ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda invertido<\/li>\n<li>Mantener en refrigeraci\u00f3n,
