Denominamos as\u00ed a las masas de pasteler\u00eda deliberadamente fr\u00e1giles , utilizadas para tartas, pies y galletas, generalmente.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Tipos de masas friables<\/h2>\n<p>Adaptado desde Viva la cocina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<\/strong>: tambi\u00e9n se conoce como pasta brisa o masa quebrada. Es adecuada para preparaciones de dulce y de sal. Se prepara con harina, mantequilla, sal y agua o leche.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/peyf0RcNIdU\" width=\"850\" height=\"465\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>P\u00e2te foncer<\/strong><\/em>: Variante de la masa quebrada con az\u00facar y huevo a\u00f1adido, es utilizada para recetas de tartas dulces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Masa sabl\u00e9e<\/strong>: se traduce como masa \u201carenosa\u201d;
