Son una variedad muy amplia y vers\u00e1til. Este cremoso de banana es una crema inglesa con banana, y se estabiliza con gelatina.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 bananas maduras, con c\u00e1scara<\/li>\n<li>1cdta gelatina sin sabor, en polvo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Para la crema inglesa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>110g crema<\/li>\n<li>30g leche<\/li>\n<li>1cdta esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>50g az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>85g yemas (3 o 4)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Hornear las bananas con su c\u00e1scara a 180\u00b0C por 15 minutos, hasta que la c\u00e1scara se ennegrezca y comiencen a liberar l\u00edquido.
