Hay otra versi\u00f3n que lo asocia a un restaurante en Nueva York. Algunas de ellas son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mostaza en vez de salsa rusa<\/strong>. En la foto de arriba pueden ver la mostaza. A veces se le denomina <em>West Coast Reuben<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Coleslaw<\/em> en vez de chucrut<\/strong>. Con esto nos acercamos peligrosamente al Rachel sandwich.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arrollados primavera Reuben<\/strong>. Esto escapa de la sangucholog\u00eda pero nos lleva al terreno de la comida china-jud\u00eda-estadounidense. Malos no pueden quedar. (<a title=\"Reuben Egg Rolls en Wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Reuben_sandwich#Reuben_egg_rolls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wikipedia<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sugerencias<\/h2>\n<p>Una recomendaci\u00f3n es ser generoso con la carne. Por supuesto no al nivel de que el s\u00e1nguche quede incomible, pero una buena cantidad de corned beef o pastrami es importante.<\/p>\n<p>El queso es importante. En los Estados Unidos se usa <em>Swiss cheese<\/em>. Se puede usar <em>Gruy\u00e8re<\/em> o reemplazar con ventaja por queso chanco o similar.<\/p>\n<p>Si vamos a utilizar chucrut comercial (con vinagre en vez de fermentaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ctica) sugerimos enjuagarlo bien y secarlo. Con el l\u00edquido de la salsa basta.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer salsa rusa en casa, mezclemos mayonesa, ketchup, salsa inglesa,\u00a0un poco de salsa americana y salsa inglesa, aderezando con pimienta negra y un poco de jugo de lim\u00f3n.
