Este es un buen tama\u00f1o para un s\u00e1ndwich. Si se va a usar para acompa\u00f1ar un almuerzo o cena de cocina chilena, puede convenir preparar unidades m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500g harina todo uso<\/li>\n<li>225g agua<\/li>\n<li>50g leche entera<\/li>\n<li>10g levadura seca<\/li>\n<li>10g az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>10g sal<\/li>\n<li>80g manteca vegetal o de chancho.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclar leche, agua, levadura y az\u00facar. Revolver bien y dejar activar 10 minutos. Se deber\u00eda formar espuma.<\/li>\n<li>Dispersar la manteca y la sal en la harina. La textura deber\u00eda ser como arena de playa.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar secos y l\u00edquidos. Incorporar<\/li>\n<li>Amasar 5 minutos en amasadora el\u00e9ctrica (o batidora tipo Kitchenaid con gancho de amasado) o 10 minutos a mano. Se debe obtener ventana de gluten.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar reposar tapado 20 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Preparar una lata de horno con manteca, aceite y harina, o desmoldante.<\/li>\n<li>desgasear si es necesario y porcionar en panes de 100g. Bolear<\/li>\n<li>Extender hasta un grosor de unos 3mm y un di\u00e1metro de 10 a 12cm. Disponer en la lata de horno.
