{"id":16894,"date":"2023-07-25T15:30:07","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T20:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/?p=16894"},"modified":"2023-10-05T11:46:24","modified_gmt":"2023-10-05T16:46:24","slug":"masa-de-tartaleta-y-pie-de-limon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/masa-de-tartaleta-y-pie-de-limon\/","title":{"rendered":"Masa de tartaleta y Pie de lim\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 huevo mediano<\/li>\n<li>100g az\u00facar blanca<\/li>\n<li>200g mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, blanda (pomada)<\/li>\n<li>300g harina com\u00fan, tamizada<\/li>\n<li>1cda extracto de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Cremar mantequilla y az\u00facar en un bol al menos 5 minutos, hasta que se vea blanco y no hayan cristales de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir vainilla y huevo y batir hasta homogeneizar<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la harina en dos partes, a\u00f1adiendo la sal en la primera mitad de la harina<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar con una esp\u00e1tula de silicona con movimientos envolventes.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que se incorpore toda la harina, dejar de trabajarla y envolver en pl\u00e1stico o una bolsa.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerar al menos 30 minutos<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Para la cocci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Disponer la masa en un molde con las manos, con un espesor de 3mm para tartaletas y 5mm para tartas.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrir la masa con papel aluminio y poner un peso sobre \u00e9ste. Garbanzos, arroz, o az\u00facar son buenas opciones.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar del horno y quitar el peso y el papel aluminio.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear 15 minutos m\u00e1s o hasta que la masa est\u00e9 cocida y los bordes dorados.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar enfriar completamente antes de rellenar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Relleno de pie de lim\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El relleno de pie de lim\u00f3n cl\u00e1sico consiste en leche condensada con jugo de lim\u00f3n y yemas, y se hornea brevemente.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<p>Para un pie de 20cm. de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tarro de leche condensada<\/li>\n<li>60ml de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1cucharada de ralladura de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>4 yemas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclar los ingredientes, revolviendo suavemente hasta incorporar.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar la masa base.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear 15 minutos a 180\u00b0C.
