Con esa obsesi\u00f3n estadounidense por generar identidad local, es com\u00fan que los hot dogs de all\u00e1 tengan denominaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica. Existen hot dogs al estilo de Chicago, de Los Angeles, etc. las diversas ciudades buscan su hot dog propio.<\/p>\n<p>Uno que nos llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n fue este <strong>hot dog al estilo de Kansas City<\/strong>, que definitivamente parece sacado de un comic de Lucky Luke.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<hr class=\"clear\" \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1717\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1717\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1717\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/kansas-city-hot-dog.jpg?resize=960%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"hot dog al estilo de Kansas City\" width=\"960\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1717\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">hot dog al estilo de Kansas City: mostaza, chucrut y queso derretido, en pan de hot dog con semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Por supuesto, tras ver las fotograf\u00edas en internet y leer las descripciones, quisimos prepararlo porque es una especie de hot dog a la <a title=\"Reuben Sandwich\" href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/reuben-sandwich\/\">Reuben<\/a>. Seguimos viendo fotograf\u00edas y descripciones y decidimos que lo quer\u00edamos con el queso arriba para que impidiera la fuga del chucrut.<\/p>\n<p>Afortunadamente, ten\u00edamos en casa chucrut reci\u00e9n hecho, as\u00ed es que nos pusimos manos a la obra.<\/p>\n<p>En el supermercado encontramos un s\u00faper buen pan de hot dog \u2013pan de verdad, no esa esponja dulzona\u2013 que adem\u00e1s ven\u00eda con semillas de s\u00e9samo, que es el pan que se utiliza para el hot dog \u00a0al estilo de Kansas City.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1713\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1713\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1713\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/hot-dog-chucrut.jpg?resize=960%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Hot Dog al Estilo de Kansas City en preparaci\u00f3n\" width=\"960\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1713\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pan, salchicha, mostaza y chucrut.
