Este es mejor.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg. de pescado de carne firme<br \/>\nEn esta receta utilizamos bonito, pero hay una serie de posibilidades: reineta, corvina, albacora, etc.<\/li>\n<li>El jugo de un lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Un trozo de jengibre de unos 5 cm., rallado<\/li>\n<li>Dos dientes de ajo, rallados.<\/li>\n<li>Merk\u00e9n u otro aj\u00ed en polvo, a gusto<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gusto<\/li>\n<li>200 grs. de Harina de garbanzo<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de <a title=\"Hacer Yogurt en Casa\" href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/hacer-yogurt-en-casa\/\">yoghurt<\/a> natural<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de semillas de comino o alcaravea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Cortar el pescado en trozos de 2x2x5cm. o similar. menos 15 minutos despu\u00e9s de marinar.<\/p>\n<p>Luego se fr\u00eden los trozos de pescado en aceite bien caliente, dando vuelta cuando se haya dorado.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\"
