Se prepara as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de az\u00facar, para caramelo<\/li>\n<li>4 peras grandes, peladas y cortadas en cuartos<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de harina<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear<\/li>\n<li>1 tapita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>125 grs. mantequilla blanda<\/li>\n<li>50 ml. de agua<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>200 ml. de ron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n del volteado de peras<\/h2>\n<p>Acaramelar un molde de pie de unos 23 cm. de di\u00e1metro y disponer los cuartos de pera en el caramelo.
