Creo que nunca nos hemos\u00a0encontrado con un <em>brownie<\/em> malo, eso s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Buscando recetas aqu\u00ed y all\u00e1 y probando y promediando, creemos que esta est\u00e1 cerca de ser <em>the one receta to rule them all<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/brownies-nueva-receta\/\">ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N: Esta receta tambi\u00e9n nos fascin\u00f3.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dice m\u00e1s o menos as\u00ed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Receta de Brownies<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grs. de chocolate a gusto, sea amargo o sea de leche. Nosotros lo preferimos amargo.<\/li>\n<li>125 grs. de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd tazas de harina<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Nueces picadas y tostadas<\/li>\n<li>Ralladura de una naranja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 200\u00baC<\/li>\n<li>Derretir el chocolate y la mantequilla (ambos bien picados) a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda, no muy caliente para no cocinar los huevos que se a\u00f1adir\u00e1n m\u00e1s adelante<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el az\u00facar y mezclar bien hasta que est\u00e9 todo homog\u00e9neo<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir los huevos batidos y mezclar bien.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir los ingredientes secos cernidos de a poco, incorporando bien despu\u00e9s de cada adici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Verter el batido en un molde enmantequillado, idealmente forrado con papel mantequilla.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear unos 30 min. hasta que un f\u00f3sforo salga h\u00famedo pero sin batido pegado.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar enfriar, si pueden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/brownies.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2062 size-full\" title=\"brownies\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/brownies.jpg?resize=800%2C600\" alt=\"Resultado de nuestra receta de brownies\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Existe una serie de variantes con las que podemos modificar , tales como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nueces (en la foto)<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de chocolate sobre el brownie, y opcionalmente coco rallado sobre la salsa de chocolate sobre el brownie<\/li>\n<li>Caramelo o caramelo salado<\/li>\n<li>Pl\u00e1tano (banana)<\/li>\n<li>Frutillas secas<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e1scara de naranja confitada<\/li>\n<li>Especias<\/li>\n<li>Lo que dicte la musa del brownie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es su variante preferida para los <em>Brownies<\/em>?
