La receta nos la mandd\u00f3 la nena\u00a0v\u00eda hermana mensajera, y se agradece. Una vez nos hab\u00edan dado una receta similar, pero con amapolas. Perdimos la receta y la persona que nos la dio falleci\u00f3. Esta viene a sustituirla.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes del queque de lim\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>6 huevos<\/li>\n<li>350 grms. de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>350 grms. de margarina<\/li>\n<li>350 grms. de harina sin polvos de hornear<\/li>\n<li>6 cucharaditas de polvos de hornear<\/li>\n<li>ralladura de un lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 de taza de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de az\u00facar flor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclar los huevos con el az\u00facar ( no es necesario batirlos) . Agregar la margarina bien blandita y la \u00a0harina cernida. Agregar los polvos de hornear y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n.Mezclar bien.<\/li>\n<li>Enmantequillar un \u00a0molde amplio, como un azafate grande y verter la mezcla. Meter a horno precalentado a 180\u00b0 y dejarlo por unos 35 minutos. Revisar con un palito que est\u00e9 cocido.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras el queque est\u00e1 en el horno, exprimir<br \/>\n3\/4 de taza de jugo de lim\u00f3n. Agregar 3 cucharadas de az\u00facar flor y revolver bien para que no queden grumos de az\u00facar. Al retirar el queque del horno rociarle el jugo de lim\u00f3n por toda la superficie (mientras el queque est\u00e9 caliente).
