Esparcir el batido en la sart\u00e9n r\u00e1pidamente hasta que cubra todo el fondo del mismo.<\/li>\n<li>Tras un minuto, dar vuelta el panqueque, ya sea con un movimiento \u00e1gil de mu\u00f1eca, con una esp\u00e1tula, con los dedos o con lo que sea menester.
