Pero no es sexo: es chocolate. En fin, lo importante es que se prepara as\u00ed:<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2103\" title=\"tajada\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/tajada.jpg?resize=800%2C600\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/>Ingredientes de la B\u00eate Noire<\/h2>\n<p>Para la base:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>400 grs. de chocolate amargo<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. de mantequilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Para el <em>ganache<\/em>.<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grs. de chocolate amargo<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de crema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Se prepara un alm\u00edbar con el az\u00facar y el agua. Se deja enfriar hasta que est\u00e9 tibio.<\/p>\n<p>Se derriten la mantequilla y el chocolate a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda, revolviendo hasta que la mezcla est\u00e9 homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p>Se baten los huevos.<\/p>\n<p>Se mezcla bien todo y se echa en un molde enmantequillado. Se hornea a unos 200\u00baC por 45 min. o hasta que un palito salga seco. Tendr\u00e1 la apariencia de un queque de chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Se saca del horno y se pone a enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>El <em>ganache<\/em> se prepara calentando la crema y luego \u2013fuera del fuego\u2013 le a\u00f1adimos el chocolate en trozos, dejando que el calor de la crema derrita el chocolate.
