Lo curioso es que fue bueno.<\/p>\n<p>Encontr\u00e9 una receta de salsa de man\u00ed, y la pizza se me vino autom\u00e1ticamente a la cabeza. Dicho y hecho. Se prepara de la siguiente manera:<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Salsa de man\u00ed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1 tallo de <em>lemongrass<\/em> (hierba luisa) picado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de jengibre fresco rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas soperas de mantequilla de man\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas soperas de salsa de soya<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de aceite de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de az\u00facar morena<\/li>\n<li>gotas <em>ad libitum<\/em> de salsa tabasco, sriracha o similar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hervir jengibre y lemongrass en el agua. Colar y reservar el agua.<\/p>\n<p>En una olla peque\u00f1a, agregar el agua, az\u00facar, mantequilla de man\u00ed y soya. Hervir 2 minutos, batiendo con un tenedor. Sacar del fuego, a\u00f1adir salsa picante y aceite de s\u00e9samo, y batir un minuto m\u00e1s con el tenedor.<\/p>\n<p>Esta salsa es una maravilla por derecho propio.
