Son muy buenas y sumamente simples de preparar.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es un plato muy popular en India, Bangladesh y Pakist\u00e1n, y consiste en uno o dos vegetales (o <em>paneer<\/em>) rebozados\u00a0en harina de garbanzo y fritos.<\/p>\n<p>Se pueden preparar de virtualmente cualquier vegetal, y son populares las pakoras de cebolla (llamadas <em>bhajji<\/em>), coliflor, papa, <em>paneer<\/em>, espinaca, pl\u00e1tano verde y un largu\u00edsimo etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 el \u00fanico &#8220;secreto&#8221; es darle tiempo al batido en que rebozaremos nuestras <em>pakoras<\/em> para que se hidrate y se homogenice. La harina de garbanzo requiere tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Las pakoras de coliflor se prepara as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes de las Pakoras<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Una cabeza de coliflor<\/li>\n<li>Una taza de harina de garbanzos<\/li>\n<li>Dos tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li>Un huevo (omitir si se es vegano)<\/li>\n<li>Comino, sal y pimienta a gusto<\/li>\n<li>Aceite para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<li>Un <em>chutney<\/em> o ketchup para untar, si se quiere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Lavar y cortar la coliflor en trocitos del tama\u00f1o de un bocado. Secar y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Preparar el batido con todo menos la coliflor, el aceite y el <em>chutney<\/em>. Dejar reposar al menos 30 min.<\/li>\n<li>Echar los trozos de coliflor al batido. Calentar bien el aceite<\/li>\n<li>la Coliflor en el batido<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edr un par de minutos o hasta que el batido est\u00e9 dorado.<\/li>\n<li>Servir con lo que se desee.
