Ese pie es rico pero es excesiva, excesiv\u00edsimamente dulce.<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<p>Comenz\u00f3 una b\u00fasqueda con varias estaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Y ahora estamos aqu\u00ed, con otra receta: el pie de natillas de lim\u00f3n. Al parecer tambi\u00e9n es una versi\u00f3n del <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/receta-de-lemon-curd-o-cuajada-de-limon\/\">Lemon Curd<\/a> en un intento por hacerla menos pateadora. Si se usa la parte blanca, le impartir\u00e1 un gusto amargo al pie, lo que puede ser interesante si se hace en forma controlada.<\/li>\n<li>500 ml. de crema<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Cocer la masa de pie hasta que est\u00e9 a medio hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar todos los ingredientes del relleno y calentar a ba\u00f1o Mar\u00eda hasta que reci\u00e9n comience a espesar.<\/p>\n<p>Colar el relleno sobre la masa.<\/p>\n<p>Hornear hasta que al agitarlo, el relleno no se mueva. Conviene pensarlo como si fuera una leche asada, unos 30-45 minutos a 100 grados.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Comer.<\/p>\n<p>Este pie no est\u00e1 perfectamente fr\u00edo, pero ya se mantiene. A\u00fan as\u00ed, es menos firme que un pie de leche condensada.<\/p>\n<p>Nosotros fallamos en la parte del &#8220;dejar enfriar&#8221; y nos lo comimos cuando estaba a\u00fan un poco tibio.
