Tiene mayonesa. La versi\u00f3n can\u00f3nica\u00a0es sin mayonesa.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Es un s\u00e1nguche de composici\u00f3n simple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Churrasco<\/li>\n<li>Tomate<\/li>\n<li>Porotos verdes<\/li>\n<li>Aj\u00ed verde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quien escribe no tiene mucho derecho a opinar por aborrecer los porotos verdes, pero la combinaci\u00f3n churrasco, tomate y aj\u00ed verde es paradis\u00edaca.<\/p>\n<p>El pan debe resistir los jugos del tomate. Frica, amasado, marraqueta, quiz\u00e1 incluso hallulla, pero el pan de molde es terreno peligroso.<\/p>\n<p>El aj\u00ed es un punto delicado. Verde siempre, pero\u2026 fresco, aj\u00ed oro (pickle), con o sin pepas, con o sin venas\u2026 las variables\u00a0son m\u00faltiples. Hay quien indica que el aj\u00ed verde es optativo (ver Wikipedia) pero aqu\u00ed creemos que no.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1671\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/chacarero1.jpg?resize=960%2C600&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"chacarero\" width=\"960\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La mayonesa es una herej\u00eda frecuente . Lo ideal es que sea tomate fresco, maduro, no de invernadero ni de variedades ins\u00edpidas de supermercado, sino rojo, jugoso, de forma irregular y en saz\u00f3n. Las variaciones son m\u00faltiples.<\/p>\n<h2>El Cuarto de Hora de Fama<\/h2>\n<p>\u00daltimamente, el chacarero ha saltado a la fama porque apareci\u00f3 en una lista de los 13 mejores s\u00e1nguches del mundo de <a title=\"Menci\u00f3n al chacarero\" href=\"http:\/\/time.com\/worlds-favorite-sandwich\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">time.com<\/a> (bastante diluida la aparici\u00f3n), y tambi\u00e9n ha estado sonando por un emprendimiento muy exitoso en Boston, EE.UU. llamado <a title=\"Chacarero punto com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.chacarero.com\/\">chacarero.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En fin, esa es la historia del chacarero.
