Y en verdad, la leche condensada no es barata. Mal que mal es s\u00f3lo leche y az\u00facar. Es m\u00e1s conveniente y econ\u00f3mico, en ocasiones, prepararla en casa.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Esta receta no la reemplaza del todo. Por ejemplo un pie de lim\u00f3n preparado con esta leche condensada no anda bien, pero para otras recetas en que no se requiere estructura, por as\u00ed decirlo, funciona perfectamente.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes de la Leche Condensada<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1 taza de leche<\/span><\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de leche en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de mantequilla o margarina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Calentar la leche casi hasta que hierva.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el resto de los ingredientes y batir a alta velocidad hasta que se homogenice.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerar.
