Nos dej\u00f3 con una sensaci\u00f3n de inconcluso.<\/p>\n<p>En la estad\u00eda en Roat\u00e1n -lugar en que lo \u00fanico barato son los pl\u00e1tanos- decidimos darle una vuelta al sandwich de pl\u00e1tano frito.<\/p>\n<p>Esta vez fue en pan de molde con huevo revuelto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/-FEiOVoqmahQ\/TsfIqtExWSI\/AAAAAAAAS1A\/urGuKIcUdfs\/s640\/P1250460.JPG?resize=512%2C384&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" \/><!--more-->Los pl\u00e1tanos eran bananas, no pl\u00e1tanos barraganetes como en la experiencia inicial en Per\u00fa, y result\u00f3 llevarse bien con el huevo revuelto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Sandwich de pl\u00e1tano frito\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/-wEeG7fL6YhM\/TsfIrlFWbTI\/AAAAAAAAS1I\/yzZZG_efEgs\/s640\/P1250462.JPG?resize=512%2C384&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" \/>Es algo que amerita investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo (I+D para los t\u00e9cnicos)<\/p>\n<p>Se nos ocurre usar pl\u00e1tano maduro, alguna prote\u00edna animal, merk\u00e9n, un queso como el Huentelauqu\u00e9n, etc&#8230; se nos ocurren tantas cosas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seguimos explorando el sandwich de pl\u00e1tano frito que tanto promet\u00eda en Chiclayo y no cumpl\u00eda tanto.
