Hicimos \u00d1oquis de camote morado.<\/p>\n<p>Quedaron sorprendentemente buenos.<\/p>\n<p>El procedimiento es similar al de los \u00f1oquis &#8220;normales&#8221; de papa y es as\u00ed:<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1 kilo de camotes morados<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de harina<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de canela en polvo<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Hornear los camotes por 75 minutos a horno medio.<\/p>\n<p>Pelar y moler<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir harina, canela y
