{"id":3073,"date":"2013-01-31T16:43:25","date_gmt":"2013-01-31T19:43:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.duarte.cl\/?p=3073"},"modified":"2018-01-19T10:04:46","modified_gmt":"2018-01-19T15:04:46","slug":"tiradito-de-trompeta-lisa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/tiradito-de-trompeta-lisa\/","title":{"rendered":"Tiradito de Trompeta Lisa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Marell hizo un maravilloso tiradito de Trompeta Lisa para el almuerzo hoy.<\/p>\n<p>El tiradito es un plato fusi\u00f3n entre el sashimi de la comida japonesa y el ceviche de la tradici\u00f3n peruana.\u00a0Es un plato muy bueno y de preparaci\u00f3n muy simple. Incluimos este plato en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/recopilaciones\/gastronomia-santa-elena\/\">gastronom\u00eda de Santa Elena<\/a> no por la receta sino por la trompeta, maravilloso pescado de la pen\u00ednsula.<\/p>\n<p>Se requiere:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1\/2 kilo de pescado blanco y firme.
