A\u00f1adir la mitad del queso. Reservar<\/li>\n<li>Calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1a. Cocinar el tocino y reservar sobre papel absoorbente<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir choclo, cebolla y aaj\u00ed a la sart\u00e9n. Cocinar 4 minutos o hasta que se ablanden los vegetales. Sazonar con sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la mezcla de huevos y cocinar, revolviendo hasta que comience a cuajar. Dejar cocinar hasta que el fondo y los lados cuajen.<\/li>\n<li>Terminar en horno o voltear y terminar de cocinar<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Receta adaptada desde <a
