En agradecimiento por hab\u00e9rsele permitido servir, desarroll\u00f3 este pastel en forma de bala de ca\u00f1\u00f3n, que al no haber hornos en las campa\u00f1as militares, fue adaptado para ser fre\u00eddo.<\/p>\n<p>Manos a la obra.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes de la masa de los berlines<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">2 tazas de harina sin polvos<\/span><\/li>\n<li>una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de levadura seca<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de leche<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n de la masa<\/h2>\n<p>Mezclar la levadura, el az\u00facar y la leche. Incorporar los huevos, batiendo. Cuando est\u00e9 todo homog\u00e9neo, incorporar harina, sal, y luego la leche con la levadura. Amasar hasta obtener una masa blanda.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar leudar una hora.<\/p>\n<p>Este es un buen momento para comenzar a preparar la crema pastelera.<\/p>\n<p>Dividir en 12 y crear discos de 1cm. de alto.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar que los discos suban 1 hora m\u00e1s. <em>Este paso es importante. Si no se dejan subir los berlines formados, al fre\u00edr quedan crudos adentro<\/em>. Cr\u00e9annos. Nos pas\u00f3 en la primera iteraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Fre\u00edr en abundante aceite, unos dos minutos por lado. Cuando hierva sacar del fuego e incorporar lentamente la mezcla de huevo y maicena, batiendo constantemente.<\/p>\n<p>Volver a fuego medio-bajo y cocer 5 minutos desde que vuelva a hervir, revolviendo constantemente.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar enfriar.
