La repetiremos incesantemente.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre me ha gustado ese pan Pumpernickel bien negro, bien denso (y bien caro) que se encuentra en algunos supermercados. Lo bueno de hacerlo en casa es que no es caro y es f\u00e1cil. Dejar reposar hasta que haya espuma en la superficie.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar harinas, cocoa y sal. A\u00f1adir a la mezcla de levadura, incorporar los otros ingredientes y amasar hasta que est\u00e9 bien incorporado.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar subir una hora.<\/p>\n<p>Volver a amasar y darle forma a la o las hogazas.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar subir una hora m\u00e1s y hornear unos 40 minutos en horno a 180\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar enfriar y comer.<\/p>\n<p>Este pan llama al queso crema con salm\u00f3n ahumado, al Brie con <em>chutney<\/em> y a tantas otras cosas\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Receta de pan Negro tipo Pumpernickel.
