Tradicionalmente se hierve la leche endulzada y saborizada hasta reducirse, pero hay formas m\u00e1s simples, como esta.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1 tarro de leche condensada<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 tarro de leche evaporada<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de leche en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de cardamomo en polvo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Mezclar bien todos los ingredientes en una olla y calentar, revolviendo, hasta que comience a hervir.<\/p>\n<p>Cortar el fuego, colar para sacar los grumos y trozos de cardamomo.<\/p>\n<p>Verter en moldes (esta receta rinde un poco m\u00e1s de una cubetera de hielos)<\/p>\n<p>Poner en el congelador hasta que se solidifique. Esto depende de la potencia del congelador. Las variantes m\u00e1s comunes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">Agua de rosas<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Pistacho picado<\/li>\n<li>Almendra picada<\/li>\n<li>Vainilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hay quien le agrega maicena al momento de la cocci\u00f3n. Con esto queda m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido y m\u00e1s viscoso al derretirse.<\/p>\n<p>Es com\u00fan tambi\u00e9n usar crema en vez de leche evaporada.<\/p>\n<p>Cosa de gustos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Receta de Kulfi.
