de la siguiente forma:<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes de los camarones al pil-pil<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">Medio kilo de camarones crudos<\/span><\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo, laminados<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 aj\u00ed rojo fresco, con cortes en los lados<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Dorar el ajo en el aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Apenas comiencen a cambiar de color las l\u00e1minas de ajo, a\u00f1adir los camarones y el aj\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Cocer aprox. cinco minutos, hasta que los camarones listo. Comer.<\/p>\n<h2>Diferencia entre camarones al pil-pil y al ajillo<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed estamos entrando en terreno pantanoso. Algunos dicen que son lo mismo: otros que el pil-pil requiere una cocci\u00f3n m\u00e1s lenta que el ajillo, a\u00fan otros, que el pil-pil s\u00f3lo se aplica al bacalao (lo que ser\u00eda geogr\u00e1ficamente atinado, de no ser porque la cocina evoluciona) y as\u00ed. La verdad es que en la cocina todo es fluido, pero el pil pil siempre lleva aj\u00ed, y el ajillo no necesariamente lo lleva. Quiz\u00e1 esa sea la gran diferencia.<\/p>\n<p>Ya que estamos en esto, la controversia sobre el nombre &#8220;al pil-pil&#8221; es interesante. Puede ser un aj\u00ed africano (el piri-piri) o una onomatopeya.
