Se pueden servir con arroz, con pan o como en este caso con <em>couscous<\/em>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<p>Para las koftas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 grs. de carne molida (menos un peque\u00f1o impuesto para los gatos peque\u00f1os)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cebolla cortada en cuadritos peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de <a title=\"Hacer Yogurt en Casa\" href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/hacer-yogurt-en-casa\/\">yoghurt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de harina de garbanzos<\/li>\n<li>1 trocito de jengibre rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo picado fino<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino molida<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de canela molida<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cucharadita de cardamomo molido<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para la salsa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1\/2 taza de salsa de tomates<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de crema<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>Comino en polvo a gusto<\/li>\n<li>Curry a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>mezclar todos los ingredientes de las koftas, asegur\u00e1ndonos de que quede sumamente homog\u00e9neo. Hacer bolitas de unos 3 cm. de di\u00e1metro. A\u00f1adir las bolitas cuidadosamente cuidando de que no se rompan y hervir 5 minutos a fuego bajo.
