Khasta quiere decir &#8220;hojaldrado&#8221; y efectivamente, as\u00ed queda la masa frita.<\/p>\n<p>Suena raro esto de empanada de porotos, pero tiene sentido. Recordemos que legumbre+cereal es una prote\u00edna completa. Al probarlos toda disonancia cognitiva desaparece s\u00fabitamente, en todo caso.<\/p>\n<p>Son f\u00e1ciles de hacer y se preparan as\u00ed:<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>Para la masa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">2 tazas de harina sin polvos de hornear<\/span><\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de aceite<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 taza de agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el relleno<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1 taza de porotos mung u otra legumbre, remojados desde el d\u00eda anterior y cocidos<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de semillas de comino<\/li>\n<li>1 aj\u00ed verde picado finamente<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de jengibre rallado<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Moler los porotos en pedazos no muy peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Fre\u00edrlos en una sart\u00e9n con el aceite, especias, sal y az\u00facar hasta que queden bien secos.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3552\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3552\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"3552\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/khasta-kachori-bocaditos-fritos-de-masa-y-porotos-mung\/relleno\/\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/relleno.jpg?fit=600%2C450&amp;ssl=1\" data-orig-size=\"600,450\" data-comments-opened=\"0\" data-image-title=\"Relleno de Khasta Kachori\" data-image-description=\"\" data-image-caption=\"&lt;p&gt;Relleno de Khasta Kachori&lt;\/p&gt;\n\" data-large-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/relleno.jpg?fit=600%2C450&amp;ssl=1\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3552\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/relleno.jpg?resize=600%2C450&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Relleno de Khasta Kachori\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3552\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Relleno de Khasta Kachori<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Una vez listos, dejarlos enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Para la masa, mezclar todos los ingredientes, dejar reposar unos 20 minutos y luego amasar.<\/p>\n<p>Para armar los kachori, tomar una bolita de masa de unos 4 cm. de di\u00e1metro y amasarla hasta obtener un disco de unos 8cm. de di\u00e1metro. Poner una cucharadita de relleno en el centro del disco y cerrarlo con la masa, dejando una esfera cerrada. Para ello podemos retorcer la masa del extremo cerrado hasta que se corte y luego suavizamos la zona hasta que no quede evidencia alguna del corte.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3553\"
