Es un plato vegetariano originario del Punjab (norte de India).<\/p>\n<p class=\"destacado\">El paneer es un queso que se prepara cortando leche caliente con jugo de lim\u00f3n o con vinagre, y luego se cuela el l\u00edquido. No es un queso que se derrita.<\/p>\n<p>Se sirve acompa\u00f1ado de pan, por ejemplo con <a title=\"Pan Plano \u2013 Chapati\" href=\"https:\/\/www.loquecomemos.com\/pan-plano\/\">chapatis<\/a>. Se prepara de la siguiente manera.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>Para 3 o 4 personas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1 cucharadita de comino entero<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de semillas de mostaza<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo<\/li>\n<li>Aceite vegetal<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas picadas en pluma<\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo finamente picados<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de jengibre rallado<\/li>\n<li>250 grs. de <em>paneer<\/em><\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de curry en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de arvejas (guisantes) crudos, ya sea frescos o congelados<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates grandes, picados<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de <a title=\"Hacer Yogurt en Casa\" href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/hacer-yogurt-en-casa\/\">yoghurt<\/a> natural<\/li>\n<li>1 aj\u00ed verde (o a gusto) picado en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>2 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal, o a gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Friamos 1 cucharadita de comino entero, 1 cucharadita de semillas de mostaza y 1\/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo en un poco de aceite. hasta que est\u00e9 transparente y comenzando a dorarse, unos 20 minutos.\u00a0Luego a\u00f1adamos 3 dientes de ajo finamente picados y 1 cucharada de jengibre rallado.<\/p>\n<p>En paralelo, friamos arvejas crudas, 2 tomates picados en cubitos, 1\/2 taza de yoghurt natural, 1 aj\u00ed verde (o a gusto) picado en rodajas, las 2 hojas de laurel y 1\/2 taza de agua.<\/p>\n<p><img
