Cuando est\u00e1n listas, lo sueltan de nuevo.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que las berenjenas est\u00e1n doradas, las sacamos de la sart\u00e9n y reservamos.<\/p>\n<p>Fre\u00edmos 3 dientes de ajo finamente picados en el aceite que qued\u00f3, y cuando est\u00e9 comenzando a dorarse a\u00f1adimos una cebolla picada en cubitos. Fre\u00edmos a fuego suave hasta que est\u00e9 transparente.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adimos 400 grs. de pur\u00e9 de tomates, aj\u00ed rojo a gusto, or\u00e9gano o tomillo y la berenjena reservada.
