Son berenjenas rellenas con cebolla y tomate. <em>Imam Bayildi<\/em> quiere decir &#8220;el imam se desmay\u00f3.&#8221; Lo que no est\u00e1 claro es por qu\u00e9 se desmay\u00f3 el imam. Un imam es un cl\u00e9rigo encargado de una mezquita.<\/p>\n<p class=\"destacado\">Unos dec\u00edan que se desmay\u00f3 de placer. Otros, que por el costo del plato en aceite de oliva. Otros m\u00e1s, que la dote de su esposa consisti\u00f3 en 12 jarros de aceite de oliva en los que se cocinaban estas berenjenas, y que al llegar a casa la decimotercera noche, se encontr\u00f3 con la noticia de que no hab\u00edan berenjenas rellenas.<\/p>\n<p>Sea lo que sea, es un plato muy bueno y que no usa tanto aceite de oliva: no temais.
