Yum. No cualquier bacteria, eso s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"destacado\">La tradici\u00f3n persa sostiene que Abraham le debi\u00f3 su longevidad y fecundidad a la ingesti\u00f3n de yogurt. \u00bfFecundidad? tuvo s\u00f3lo dos hijos. En fin\u2026<\/p>\n<p>A Dmitri Mendelev\u00e9v, descubridor (o inventor) de la tabla peri\u00f3dica, le dio con que consumiendo yogurt iba a llegar a centenario. Se muri\u00f3 como a los 72 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p>Lo importante es que el yogurt es rico. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Prepararlo es muy f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo necesitamos leche entera, y un poco de yogurt natural que tenga las bacterias vivas.<\/p>\n<p>El procedimiento es el siguiente:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Calentemos un litro de leche entera casi hasta que hierva, sin dejarlo hervir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">Luego dej\u00e9moslo enfriar hasta que est\u00e9 tibio (unos 40\u00baC). Podemos probar la temperatura con el codo, siempre y cuando tengamos el codo limpio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">Mezclemos 2 cucharadas soperas de yogurt con la leche y dej\u00e9moslo reposar unas 6 horas en un lugar tibio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">Despu\u00e9s de las seis horas vamos probando el yogurt formado para determinar un grado de acidez que nos sea agradable.
