Una pizza m\u00e1s blanda y f\u00e1cil de cortar, creemos que porque el gluten del trigo no forma cadenas tan largas en presencia del ma\u00edz.<\/p>\n<p>Sea as\u00ed o no, la receta vale la pena y es style=\"line-height: 14px;\">2 tazas de harina blanca de trigo<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 taza de harina de ma\u00edz<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de levadura<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el relleno<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 ml. de salsa de tomates<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">1 pimiento verde<\/span><\/li>\n<li>2 tomates medianos<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de alcaparras<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de or\u00e9gano seco<\/li>\n<li>250 grs. de queso mozarella u otro a gusto, rallado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Unir todos los ingredientes de la masa y agregar 1 taza de agua.<\/p>\n<p><a
