Desarrollado para Am\u00e9rica Central, con el objeto de vender m\u00e1s leche condensada y m\u00e1s leche evaporada, se convirti\u00f3 en un \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15629 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cocin.art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/3leches.jpg?resize=1200%2C675&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Receta gentileza <a href=\"https:\/\/cocin.art\">chef Marell Rojas Le-Fort, de Cocin.Art<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<p>Para un 3 leches de 30cm. de di\u00e1metro<\/p>\n<p>Para el bizcochuelo genov\u00e9s<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9 huevos<\/li>\n<li>180g az\u00facar granulada<\/li>\n<li>180g harina<\/li>\n<li>1 cdta esencia de vainilla o al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para la salsa tres leches<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600ml crema de leche<\/li>\n<li>1 lata (aprox. 400g) de leche condensada<\/li>\n<li>1 lata (aprox. 400g) de leche evaporada<\/li>\n<li>1 cdta esencia al gusto (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Merengue suizo de cuatro claras para decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preparar un molde de 30cm. de di\u00e1metro cubnri\u00e9ndolo con desmoldante<\/li>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Batir huevos y az\u00facar hasta que alcancen el &#8220;punto letra&#8221; o &#8220;punto cinta&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Cernir la harina sobre esta preparaci\u00f3n e incorporar con movimientos envolventes, procurando no perder el aire.<\/li>\n<li>Disponer el batido en el molde<\/li>\n<li>Golpear el molde contra la mesada dos o tres veces para soltar las burbujas.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear 20 minutos, o hasta que comience a dorarse la parte superior<\/li>\n<li>Retirar del horno, dejar enfriar tres minutos en el molde, invertir sobre una rejilla y dejar enfriar completamente<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar la crema de leche, la leche condensada y la leche evaporada. Calentar hasta que comiencen a burbujear los bordes en la olla.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar del fuego, incorporar la esencia, si se utiliza y dejar enfriar completamente<\/li>\n<li>Pinchar el bizcochuelo y empapar con la crema.
