de Yuca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Conocimos los bu\u00f1uelos de yuca en Masaya, Nicaragua, en octubre del 2011, mientras camin\u00e1bamos bajo una fina lluvia, en busca de postre.<\/p>\n<p>Nos gustaron mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Ayer, encontramos yuca rallada en Guayaquil, y fue comprada para hacer experimentos culinarios.<\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed recordamos los bu\u00f1uelos de Nicaragua, y nos pusimos huevo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear<\/li>\n<li>100 grs, de queso, rallado<\/li>\n<li>Miel (en este caso usamos jarabe de arce)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Mezclar
