En efecto, tiene muchas m\u00e1s especias secas que lo que es usual en la cocina Thai.<\/p>\n<p>La pasta es un poquito laboriosa pero vale la pena. palito de canela<\/li>\n<li>4 vainas de cardamomo<\/li>\n<li>5 clavos de olor<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de comino<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de cilantro<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>4 aj\u00edes rojos<\/li>\n<li>1 ramita de <em>lemongrass<\/em> (hierba Luisa)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<p>Asar el ajo directamente en el La forma tradicional es con un mortero, pero una procesadora de alimentos, e incluso una licuadora potente (que es lo que hicimos nosotros) es una buena opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adir todos los ingredientes y pulsar de a poco, raspando lso bordes del recipiente para que todo se procese.<\/p>\n<p>Agregar agua de ser necesario.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado deber\u00eda ser una pasta entre roja y caf\u00e9.
