Mi familia desciende de estos inmigrantes, y esta receta se come regularmente en mi hogar materno.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien se sirve como entrada en mi casa, uds. pueden darle el uso que deseen desde un picadillo en el aperitivo al plato \u00fanico. Calentamos hasta que hierva 2 minutos y le damos un shock t\u00e9rmico.
