En este caso tocaba una torta. Nos dimos mil vueltas, revisando lo existente, inventando lo que nos gustar\u00eda, y pensando en algo que no fuera totalmente ajeno a lo chileno. Finalmente optamos por una torta de crema de maracuy\u00e1 (fruto de la pasi\u00f3n) y <em>ganache<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Este es el resultado: un poco heter\u00f3clito pero muy title=\"Queque Vegano de Chocolate\" href=\"https:\/\/www.loquecomemos.com\/queque-vegano-de-chocolate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bizcocho de chocolate<\/a>.\u00a0Hicimos dos en un molde peque\u00f1o (20cm. de di\u00e1metro por 5cm. de alto), y los pusimos a enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras se enfriaban, preparamos una crema de Maracuy\u00e1 y queso crema, por un lado y un <em>ganache<\/em> por otro.<\/p>\n<p>Para la crema de Maracuy\u00e1 y queso crema utilizamos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 14px;\">250 grs. queso crema, tipo <em>Philadelphia<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de leche<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>Pulpa (con semillas) de 2 maracuy\u00e1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Batimos el queso crema, leche y az\u00facar hasta obtener una crema homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adimos la pulpa de maracuy\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" batimos hasta obtener una crema homog\u00e9nea. Refrigeramos.<\/p>\n<p>Para el ganache calentamos 250ml. de crema. Una vez caliente le a\u00f1adimos 250 grs. de chips de chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Revolvemos hasta homogeneizar. 30 segundos en el microondas ayudan a la homogeneidad.<\/p>\n<p><a Coronamos con pulpa de maracuy\u00e1<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a0Luego refrigeramos una hora para que la crema y el ganache se endurezcan, y transferimos al plato en
