Fuimos a casa de unos amigos para almorzar el <a title=\"D\u00eda del \u00d1oqui\" href=\"https:\/\/www.loquecomemos.com\/dia-del-noqui\/\">d\u00eda del \u00f1oqui<\/a>, e hicimos sushi para el aperitivo. Hubo una cosa de calce porque era el d\u00eda del pescador en Chile, y usamos pescado. Exultaci\u00f3n y j\u00fabilo, as\u00ed es que toda oportunidad es buena para hacer sushi.<\/p>\n<p>Para el arroz lavamos muy bien <strong>dos tazas de arroz crudo<\/strong>. Utilizamos la mnemotecnia de lavar el arroz 8 veces, cambiando el agua en cada una de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez lavado, lo cocemos lentamente en <strong>el doble de agua<\/strong> hasta que el agua se haya absorbido, sin nada de sal.<\/p>\n<p>Luego lo extendemos en una bandeja para que se enfr\u00ede r\u00e1pido y lo mezclamos con vinagre preparado. Pensemos en que vamos a cerrar un sobre con goma, como los de antes.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el arroz va el pescado, o en este caso, unos de pescado y otros de camar\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a enrollado. Hemos descubierto por ensayo y <del>horror<\/del> error que mientras m\u00e1s apretado comencemos el rollo, mejor. Esto se refiere a poner atenci\u00f3n y no a aplicar grandes cantidades de fuerza, ojo.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, presionamos el extremo final del nori que hab\u00edamos mojado antes, para que se pegue
