Consiste en pl\u00e1tanos verdes cocidos y molidos, dorados con cebolla y queso, y opcionalmente tocino o chicharrones.<\/p>\n<p>En Salinas hay tres locales llamados Sal Prieta. Uno cerca de donde vivimos y uno en el malec\u00f3n, frente a la playa.
