Recientemente, en un esfuerzo por ahorrarnos esfuerzo, hicimos \u00f1oquis a partir de pur\u00e9 de papas en caja (fundamentalistas, dejen de leer ahora) y el resultado fue superior a lo esperado. una tabla de amasar u otra superficie lisa, echamos abundante s\u00e9mola o harina de ma\u00edz gruesa, y amasamos, haciendo cilindros de unos 2 cm. de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<p><a
