La foto no es la mejor pero este paso es muy importante: batir bien la yema antes de comenzar a a\u00f1adir el aceite<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Luego se va incorporando sin dejar de batir el aceite, center;\">Cuando se encontr\u00f3 la consistencia adecuada se incorpora la sal a a gusto, en este paso la consistencia de la mayonesa es mucho m\u00e1s firme, misma que vuelve al punto anterior al a\u00f1adir el jugo del medio lim\u00f3n&#8230;la cantidad de jugo de lim\u00f3n depende del gusto del consumidor. <a
