Mientras la pasta se cuece, preparar la salsa.<\/p>\n<p>Derretir la mantequilla junto con el aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n<p>Dorar el ajo y el aj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando el ajo comience a cambiar de color,
