de vacuno (lomo fino en Per\u00fa y Ecuador) cortado en trocitos peque\u00f1os<\/span><\/li>\n<li>3 tomates medianos, cortados en gajos.<\/li>\n<li>5 cebollas peque\u00f1as, cortadas en pluma<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino molido<\/li>\n<li>1 aj\u00ed verde cortado en l\u00e1minas (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>4 papas medianas cortadas para papas fritas<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo, picados<\/li>\n<li>5 cucharadas de salsa de soya<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de vinagre blanco<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de perejil picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Comenzamos friendo la La idea es que se dore y que no se cueza en el jugo que suelta.
