Ese amor es al menos parcialmente justificado porque son buenas. Mezclar con la mantequilla y cubrir la base de un molde redondo de 22cm de di\u00e1metro, idealmente de esos con bisagra. Refrigerar hasta que la mantequilla solidifique, unos 30 o 45 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar az\u00facar, queso crema y vainilla en un bol hasta que quede homog\u00e9neo y cremoso. Aparte, batir la crema hasta que est\u00e9 montada. Mezclar con el queso crema cuidando de que no pierda su aire.<\/li>\n<li>Picar 6 galletas en trozos \u2013o molerlas si se prefiere\u2013 y mezclar con el relleno.<\/li>\n<li>Verte en el molde, emparejar el nivel del relleno y refrigerar toda la noche. Las galletas sirven de gu\u00eda y se pueden cortar trocitos de una galleta o trozos de dos galletas.<\/p>\n<h3>Sobre la refrigeraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Es importante mantener este cheesecake refrigerado para que no se desarme. Si queremos que sea m\u00e1s firme a temperatura ambiente podemos estabilizarlo con 1 cucharada de gelatina disuelta en 50ml de agua y luego calentada hasta disolverse.
