Es una receta muy, muy simple y excelente; de esos postres que se quedan en la memoria.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<p>La receta es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de arroz crudo<\/li>\n<li>1 taza y media de leche entera<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>1 palito de canela<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>50 grs. de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>Canela en polvo para espolvorear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Lavar el arroz. Si queda muy consistente, ajustar la consistencia con leche entera o leche evaporada. Era tan vieja y ten\u00eda tan poco aroma que le dec\u00edamos &#8220;\u00f3xido de canela&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Hay quien aromatiza el arroz con leche con c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n queda muy bueno.<\/li>\n<li>Hay una serie de variaciones sobre el arroz con leche. En Per\u00fa tienen el excelente <strong>arroz zambito,\u00a0<\/strong>con az\u00facar morena, pasas y coco rallado. En India preparan un pudding de arroz, que es un arroz con leche que adem\u00e1s tiene coco, pasas, cardamomo y pistachos.<\/li>\n<li>En Ecuador existe el <strong>morocho<\/strong>, que es similar al arroz ocn leche, pero con ma\u00edz partido.
