Es r\u00e1pido, rico y vegetariano (no vegano).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Saag Paneer, Rogan Josh y Arroz\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/--yXAhsTGL0Q\/TgNUSD8AvSI\/AAAAAAAAOws\/Y9-kT3RW2ls\/s1600\/P1150447.JPG?resize=430%2C323\" width=\"430\" height=\"323\" \/>Se prepara de la siguiente forma.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more-->Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 paquete de espinacas frescas o congeladas<\/li>\n<li>1 quesillo, idealmente si es &#8220;ricotta&#8221; s\u00f3lida.<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla mediana picada en cubitos<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate picado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de curry<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1 trocito de jengibre, rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 aj\u00ed cayena seco, molido<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Descongelar la espinaca y picarla.<\/p>\n<p>Si se usa espinaca fresca lavarla, desechar los tallos, y cocer en el agua del lavado hasta que se ablande y reduzca de tama\u00f1o. Picar.<\/p>\n<p>Sofre\u00edr el ajo, cebolla, curry, jengibre y cayena en un poco de aceite.
